How to Install Google Fonts in Windows PC in Simple Way

 

Fonts are the basic player of attractive text. They are the one which makes the Content/Text to look eye popping.Fonts are available in every application and operating systems. Without fonts we can only see the graphics and not any text. The internet has a huge collection of free fonts that can be downloaded free of cost and can be used for any document to make it more creative. Google Fonts are very useful for those people who are working as a web developer because using this online font directory, they can load own favorite fonts directly into their website without using the manual font file.

2. Once you selected your favorite font, click on small arrow download button which refers to download process.










3. In the last step, you need to click on small down arrow icon which will show you one more new dialog box where you need to click on .zip file option to download the selected font in zip format. Download zip file on your Windows Desktop and extract font file(s) from there.














4. In the extracted zip file, you can see your favorite font. To install the downloaded font, right click on them and select Install option and font will be installed automatically atthe default font location of Windows.



As you know, once you installed any font on Windows PC, it can be used in any application like MS Word, Notepad, Photoshop etc. The installation process of fonts is same for Windows 7 and Windows 8.
